Headteacher
Weston Favell CE Primary School is seeking an inspirational, knowledgeable and values-driven Headteacher to lead our outstanding school community into its next chapter, following the retirement of our current Headteacher.
Judged Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in February 2025, Weston Favell CE Primary School is a warm, happy and vibrant two-form entry primary school with a thriving preschool. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader to build on an already exceptional foundation. You will provide clear, strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing, while nurturing the school’s distinctive Christian character. You will work closely with a skilled leadership team, committed staff, a supportive and challenging Governing Body, and enthusiastic, well-mannered children who love learning.
Weston Favell CE Primary School is a single academy trust working in partnership with Northampton Primary Academy Trust (NPAT), a successful and growing trust of 14 primary schools. As Headteacher, you will be an integral part of NPAT’s collaborative leadership community, contributing to trust-wide curriculum development, innovation and shared professional learning, while remaining firmly focused on leading Weston Favell.
